How should I store my Heavenly Treats?
All Heavenly Treats are made with fresh & natural ingredients, we recommend storing them in the freezer (up to 6 months!) or refrigerator.

Simple Shipping
All Orders will be automatically calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping available for an additional cost.
Orders that qualify for Free Shipping, UPS® Ground will be used, please allow 3-4 business days for arrival.
Heavenly Treats Toffee & Toffee Cookies are shipped frozen and travel very well. We recommend freezing or refrigerating your candy upon arrival so it returns to the proper consistency before serving. Toffee & Toffee Cookies can be thawed and re-frozen any number of times without effecting quality or taste.
Address Accuracy
Delivery is guaranteed when addresses are correct and current. Heavenly Treats LLC is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Shipping to physical street addresses only, we are not able to ship to P.O. BOX addresses.
There will be a $15.00 fee assessed for any address corrections made by our carrier in order to ensure proper delivery of the package. Heavenly Treats LLC will not accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses. The $15.00 fee will be charged to your original form of payment. Heavenly Treats LLC will not issue a refund for packages refused by the recipient, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Shipping Policy
All orders placed before 12 pm CST will be processed same day and will ship to arrive within 3-4 business days using 3-day shipping for most destinations. Due to the perishability of our product, we do not ship out on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Please note that orders placed after 12 pm CST on Wednesday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING All orders placed before 12 pm CST will be processed same day and will ship to arrive within 1-2 business days using 2-day shipping for most destinations. Orders placed after 12 pm CST will be processed next business day. Please note that expedited orders placed after 12 pm CST on Thursday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
